Detailed Description

Description of an unmap request.

If start > end, it is assumed all data was touched. This is the default when creating the structure.
If start == end, it is assumed nothing was touched.
If start < end, then the byte range is assumed to be where changes occurred.

It is better to be precise about what happened as this can improve performances.
